Team Vision Page

In this guided collaboration software, there are seven steps to start and complete a team project. The Team Vision Page is the second step. The purpose of this step is to collaborate as a team to align and decide on an overall vision for the project. This can be thought of as a creative brainstorming session and the ideal representation that will guide the project. For teams that get stuck on this step, there are three activities provided to help teams work together to move forward.

Team Reflections Page

The Team Reflections Page is the last step in Calibrate. While there are opportunities to give feedback to teammates throughout the project, this is a required wrap up to ending a project. Here, individuals can reflect on their experience working with their teammates, about the project, about their process, and themselves. This is the time to share what went well, what did not go well, and suggest areas of improvement. For teams that get stuck on this final step, there are three activities provided to help individuals and teams share reflections in the most effective and constructive way. The success of this step is determined by the people involved and their efforts to make positive changes to improve their behavior, how they and their team communicates, and how they and their team works together on the next collaboration.
