M.A. Design Management Thesis

For my thesis, I researched how my field of Design Management could help facilitate project complexity and increase productivity at design firms by guiding them away from a 'producing culture' and more towards a 'collaborative culture'. Organizations today are facing cultural and project execution problems due to internal team performance and workplace culture. Teams working on complex projects that require design, creativity, technology, and project management present many internal challenges such as miscommunication, misalignment, distrust, ego, and poor performance. Solutions aiming to alleviate these internal issues fall short for many organizations due to ineffective tools and strategies. Here are my findings that leverage high team performance.
